Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Camelot Construction Company ("we", "us") collects through https://camelotbuilders.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to any other site we may link to.

Information we collect

We collect information only when you choose to send it to us through one of the forms on this site. Depending on the form, that may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• A property address or project location
• Project details you provide - such as desired square footage, rebuild goals, debris removal status, or the contents of your message

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or payment card details through this website.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses the Google Ads tag. It sets cookies on your device and records how the site is used - pages viewed, how you arrived, rough location derived from your IP address, and the browser and device you are on. When an inquiry form is submitted successfully, it records that a form was completed. We use this to understand which advertising brings people here and which pages are useful.

This site also uses Google Analytics. It measures how the site is used - how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they move between them. It sets its own cookies and shares a single Google tag with the advertising measurement above.

This information is processed by Google, and their handling of it is governed by their own privacy terms. Depending on the tags in use, it may also support advertising measurement.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting you may enable. Blocking cookies does not stop you using the site. The site does not offer user accounts, and no purchases can be made through it.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs - such as IP address, browser type and time of request - for security and reliability purposes. These logs are handled by that provider under its own terms.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, prepare estimates or proposals, and communicate with you about work we may do together. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing purposes.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate - for example, the form delivery service that routes submissions to our inbox, and our email provider. We may also disclose information if required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Form submissions

Form submissions on this site are delivered to our email inbox through a third-party form service. Your submission passes through that service in order to reach us, and is then held in our email system alongside the rest of our correspondence.

Retention

We keep enquiries and project correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business and project records. If you would like us to delete your enquiry, contact us at the address below and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can decline to submit information through this site; the only consequence is that we will not be able to respond to an enquiry you did not send. You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.

California residents may have additional rights regarding personal information under California law, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. To make such a request, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

This site is intended for adults engaging our construction services. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information sent over the internet.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
